Terence struggled with addiction for 30 years. He had already grown tired of the drugs when a health scare and hospital stay confirmed that his addiction was killing him. Refusing to return to his apartment after being discharged from the hospital, Terence had a friend pick him up and drive in search of a rehab where he could start over.
