Holidays at Shelter KC

The holidays are a time for gathering, celebration, and gratitude. But for many of our neighbors experiencing homelessness, this season can feel lonely and uncertain. At Shelter KC, we believe no one should feel forgotten during the holidays. That’s why we open our doors wide for Thanksgiving and Christmas—sharing meals, gifts, and the hope of Christ.

Ways to Get Involved

• Volunteer Your Time
  • Serve meals, help with holiday celebrations, or lend a hand with gift preparation. Every act of service reminds our guests that they are seen and loved.
• Host a Holiday Drive
  • If you can’t join us in person, you can still make an impact! Churches, schools, businesses, and community groups are invited to host drives for:
