Join Our 4th Annual Christmas Celebration

Christmas at the Crossroads is Shelter KC’s annual celebration of Christmas serving adults experiencing homelessness. Last year, 70% of the people in attendance had not previously used our services. This premier holiday event offers fun, food, and fellowship with carnival-style booths, a traditional holiday meal, care package giveaways, and more.

This event would not be possible without the help and prayers of our volunteers and supporters. Click the links below to sponsor care packages, volunteer, or donate to support Shelter KC this Christmas! We can't wait to celebrate with you and share the love of our Savior and the holiday season!

Care Packages

This year, our goal is to hand out 750 care packages full of basic necessity items to all those in attendance. 

Help us stock up on the following full-size items: 

  • Chapstick
  • Body wash
  • Deodorant
  • Toothpaste
  • Toothbrushes
  • Hats
  • Gloves
  • Razors
  • Shaving cream
  • Christmas cards filled out with an encouraging message

Items can be delivered to the Shelter KC Administration Office (1520 Cherry Street) between Monday and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Don't have time to shop? We are also taking monetary donations.
